Using an army with this type of war does not work. It drains our country's funds and resources. The Bush administration was tricked into doing what terrorists wanted, which was to waste our money and give them a chance to harm more or our men and women. The best way to fight this war is to withdraw our troops, use our technology for intelligence to carry out strategic well informed attacks on terrorist groups, to track and disarm the attacks on us, and launch a campaign aimed at the masses to help them see that the terrorist groups in their regions are tyrants that are tricking them into their agendas and that America is not the enemy, that when we try to help them with aid the terrorists groups snatch up that aid for themselves and leave nothing for the starving and sick people that the aid was intended for.
