    There is no way Obama can pay for all of the "change" he has promised without totally destroying our financial system.
    Its funny how nobody put 2 and 2 together during his whole campaign. All you dumbasses could hear was "CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE". Well, you wanted it, you got it. Watch your beloved candidate back peddle on almost all of his policies.

    With all the unelected officials having much of the power in the US, it's critical there is real accountability regarding the decisions they make. Don't let the government be a job for life - pay people well, respect their views and hold them accountable for their decisions.

    Rather than loaning 25B to a group of companies that will have trouble paying and still leave them weak and ineffective. Take the approach of giving them 25B to keep in business for another year. Allocate 5B for 10 Years to split research with them for next generation cars. And force 40 MPG in 10 years. Maybe they will not survive to the end but at least the country's energy efficiency will improve.

    Retirement should not be just tied to the stock market (401) or social security, but, like taxes that help fuel a government, guaranteed government securities should be made either mandatory or optional for one’s retirement portfolio. This kind of “tax” incentive might help government “collect” funds without having people find ways to reduce paying taxes.

    We need to bail out small business owners who do the right thing and pay their bills on time and not make them refinance their home to save thier business. Honest hard working people need help not someone who gets a house they know they can't afford and writes a stupid arm mortgage. Bail out the people who will contribute and make good decisions not people who are stupid and make bad decisions.
