Although I am a strong opponent of Rick Warren, I fully understand why he is being included in the inaugural ceremonies. I STRONG URGE President Obama to put this into perspective by making his personal support for full and complete civil rights for GLBT Americans VERY CLEAR in his inaugural address.

agreed. this fight needs to focus on equal protection. it's not just about marriage -- states are taking away the right to live as a family, too. need to address marriage, adoption laws, etc. equality, not "special rights".

I think you can garner right-wing support if you do equal rights, but don't use the term "marriage".
